Sunshot Salsa


1 cup diced tomato
1 cup peeled, seeded and diced cucumber
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 large yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
juice oc 1/2 lime
2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
1/2 to 1 teaspoon green hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper



Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.  Cover and let rest for 1 hour to allow flavors to combine.  This can be refrigerated in an airtight container for 3-5 days.  (Makes 3 cups)
