Sausage Coffeecake:
Cook together and drain well:
1 pound pork sausage
1/2 cup diced onion
Combine and add to sausage & onion:
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1/2 c grates swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 t Tabasco
1/2 t salt
2 T parsley
Combine:
1 c Bisquick mix
3/4 c milk
1/4 c mayo
spread 1/2 of batter into greased casserole dish
spoon sausage/cheese mixture
Spoon remaining batter over top
Combine 1 egg yolk and 1T water, beat and brush over top of batter
Bake @ 400 for 25-30 minutes
Doubles well!
